Private Health Funds
We now have an EFTPOS terminal to process credit and debit-card transactions, Private Health Fund and Medicare Claims. Most claims can be processed at the time of your consultation.

Can I use an EPC plan for Exercise Physiology?
Yes, to be eligible for a Care Plan you must have a chronic disease or injury. You and your GP will then determine practitioner support for you and your body, which may involve up to five therapy sessions within any allied health profession , like Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Psychology etc). Each of the five sessions will receive approximately $50 rebate from Medicare. Individuals with diabetes are eligible for 10 group exercise training groups.

Can I do my exercises at home?
Yes, you can we provide a tailored program for our clients after their initial consultation, you will need to come back and see our Exercise Physiologist to receive your program and instructions on how to undertake each activity.
Can I use my own equipment?
If you would like to use your own equipment we recommend letting our Exercise Physiologist know at the time of your initial consultation to determine if the equipment would be suitable for your rehabilitation and your program.
