Can my program be tailored to use at home?
Yes, we create your program to suit your circumstances and you are free to use your program as you like. We do not place any special equipment restrictions on your program, nor do we limit the activities prescribed. We try to prescribe activities that can be done utilising the equipment you already have or activities that require no equipment or inexpensive resistance bands.
Should I bring my own equipment?
We have all the equipment needed onsite, however if you prefer to use your own mat or equipment please discuss your needs with your therapist.
Can I do aqua or water resistance work?
Yes, we offer a range of activities and can cater for water resistance type classes.
What should I wear?
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
